Hot stone massage is a deep soothing massage that uses essential oils and warm basalt stone to relax your muscles.  Hot stones increase your sense of relaxation and calm, the heat relaxes your body in a short space of time, so your therapist can focus on a deep working of the tissues using both hot stones and hand strokes.  Hot stone massage will boost your circulation, release stored tension, and recharge energy levels.  As with all therapies this massage will help you feel nurtured, pampered and special.
